More girls and boys will receive attention for developing their communication abilities, through focused school and family interaction. This will help them acquire language, speaking and hearing skills according to individual needs, thus assisting their human development and improving their quality of life.
-Institutional Strengthening
More men and women working at CORAL will practice effective workplace procedures, and the necessary resources will be available to contribute to personal and institutional development, making the most of people’s capacities, the clinic's equipment and the space available.
-Communication and Institutional Alliances
More men and women will learn about the hearing-loss and deafness situation in Oaxaca and about the objectives that CORAL works to accomplish, thus raising their awareness and participation levels, individually or institutionally.
