March 11 and 12 in Oaxaca: Dance the night away at La Sabrosa Sabrosura benefit concert for CORAL



Just back from their sensational five-month tour of Asia, the six-person musical group, La Sabrosa Sabrosura will travel from México City to Oaxaca City to donate its talent for CORAL´s first fundraising event of 2011.

Their music is a unique and extremely dance-able mixture of Columbian-based cumbia spiced with the funk, reggaeton, electronic and reggae, creating the genre that they themselves have dubbed, “Cumbiabomba.” Oaxaca was visited by them in 2010 as well, and many remember their show as one of the best dance parties of the year.

La Sabrosa Sabrosura is already a friend of CORAL, as this is the second time that they are supporting us. Last year, when a national lottery ticket with CORAL´s logo on it was issued in the country, writer/singer/guitarist Mariano Spindola and his crew graciously lent us sound equipment for our celebration in Mexico City.
