Social Service Program

The social work area carries out diverse activities of monitoring and follow up of those families who participate and are beneficiaries of the therapy program, as well as those that receive medical services. Domiciliary visits and raising awareness in those educative centers where deaf children that attend to CORAL go, are common activities.
This area also manages the socioeconomic studies to assure a better knowledge and support the families with whom we work. Users are trained to use their hearing aids and suitable information is provided to allow them to solve the problems of daily operation. Their progress is evaluated.
